A by-product of this vision is to enable healthcare institutions to treat materials purchases and inventory management more as a digital activity, which involves setting up a few parameters. In a nutshell, a super-efficient and super-convenient supply-chain. Healthcare institutions spend ~$30+ Bn on materials purchases - 20%+ of their revenues, in India. And, healthcare professionals spend inordinate amounts of time on this, driven by an unorganized and fragmented supply chain.
