The Falken is a small family-run hotel in the heart of the Swiss Alps, Wengen. The hotel has been in the same family since its beginning in 1895, hence we are always looking for someone who enjoys working in a family-like setting, with an international body of employees. The region is seasonal and super international and the team is young and dynamic. At The Falken we value growth, having fun, sharing our passion and being engaged. All our employees are friends and have fun in and outside of work. The team is engaged and connected and we are looking for someone who wants to make Wengen their home away from home, like we do with our guests. During the winter you can enjoy all types of winter sports and the slopes are just outside our main entrance. In the summer, you can enjoy sports like hiking and camping to mention a few.
