MADE, Competence Center for Industry 4.0, is composed of 46 companies, (technology providers, consultants, system integrators, training experts), 1 public body (Inail) and 4 universities (Politecnico di Milano, University of Bergamo, Brescia and Pavia).
MADE is a digital and sustainable factory that supports manufacturing companies on the path of digital transformation towards Industry 4.0 through training, education, and consulting activities. It provides a wide range of knowledge, methods and tools on digital technologies ranging from design to engineering, production management to delivery, and end-of-life management.
With its large 2,500-square-meter demo-center, training rooms, and co-working and meeting spaces, it represents a one-of-a-kind solution. The special growth path toward digital transformation set up is based on these steps: informing and showing Industry 4.0 technologies, explaining through ad-hoc training activities, and finally transferring and implementing through projects the technological solutions.
MADE - Competence Center Industry 4.0 is a technical interlocutor to turn to in order to manage innovation activities, technology transfer, applied research and assistance in the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, to maintain a high competitive level by restructuring organizational and business models and strategy of one's company.
The goal of MADE cc i4.0's School of Competencies 4.0 courses is to provide SMEs with a broad and strategic view of the role of digital technologies in businesses and to make them understand the many opportunities for business innovation that can result from new technologies.
