Founded in 1971, Tre Colli S.p.A. has established itself as a professional and reliable business right from the start, ranging from excavation and earthmoving works for construction and industrial projects, to the development of great technical skills and expertise, in the Construction, Oil&Gas and Real Estate sector. Concerning the construction sector, Tre Colli S.p.A. deals with the prefabrication and assembly of concrete structures and artefacts for: • industrial, commercial and artisan buildings; • sports facilities and multifunctional arenas (also with stands). Furthermore, Tre Colli, directly or through specifically established companies deals with residential and car garage construction. Every project is carried out with first rate materials, within the deadlines. In addition, our Company is increasingly focused on environmental sustainability, for “green” projects that can be integrated in the local fabric. The Real Estate sector focuses on the construction of new residential complexes or modern industrial, commercial and artisan hubs. Among the buildings completed by Tre Colli S.p.A., there are standard and pre-stressed reinforced concrete structures and components, that comply with the functional and aesthetic needs of any project 100% and the regulations in force. The Group successfully deals also with the construction of infrastructural works, and business-related projects, including the construction of the first Italian outlet mall in Serravalle Scrivia (AL) - McArthurGlen Designer Outlet - complemented by an Iper supermarket and a Retail Park. Tre Colli S.p.A. is also active in the Oil & Gas sector, with the construction of ducts with auxiliary systems and complementary works for pipelines and gas pipelines, with possibility of servicing the structures over time and intervening in case of emergency. Lastly, Tre Colli, both directly and through its subsidiaries, built three medium/large hydroelectric power stations.
