Czech Arbitration Court (CAC) is a center based in Prague, Czech Republich, which provides services both in arbitration and domain name dispute resolution. The CAC provides its services through its online platform at ADR.EU for .eu and UDRP disputes.
The official name of the CAC under Czech law is the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber and Agricultural Chamber. Its official website is www.soud.cz.
CAC is the ADR provider for .eu domain name disputes via its online platform at www.eu.adr.eu. In January 2009, CAC launched a unique UDRP service for generic Top Level Domains such as .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .mobi and .tel on the platform at www.udrp.adr.eu. CAC administers also disputes related to .co.nl domains, according to UDRP Policy and Rules.
CAC also provides services for the resolution of Czech ccTLD .CZ at www.domeny.soud.cz (the proceeding is available only in the Czech language).
