Founded in 2016, Cairnspring Mills is a regional flour mill located in the Skagit Valley of northwest Washington state, producing fresh, stone-milled flours made from regenerative, identity-preserved grains. Customers include many of the top bakeries in the country, including Tartine, Macrina, The Breadfarm, Essential Baking Company and Grand Central Baking, all of whom pay a premium price for the exceptional flavor, naturally nutritious, and sustainable origins of our unique portfolio. Seven James Beard Award Chefs and Restaurants use our flour including Chris Bianco (Pizzeria Bianco), Willows Inn, Petit Crenn, and others.
