Founded in 2019 by blueworld.group in Frankfurt am Main, Haus der Bäcker specifically counteract the succession problem in the traditional bakery industry. Since then Haus der Bäcker is one of the top 10 bakeries in Germany with almost 2750 employees and over 250 stores.
Haus der Bäcker has made it to its mission to combine the tradition of the bakeries with progress, innovation and digitalization. The competence areas of Haus der Bäcker, which include controlling, marketing, finance, purchasing and many more, are used accordingly in the associated bakeries to pursue a successful and sustainable future. In doing so, the brand and identity of each bakery are consistently preserved and further developed together with the business in a future-oriented manner. The aim is to offer a future perspective through affiliation with Haus der Bäcker in order to enable the sustainable and successful continuation of the businesses.
