Field to wok cooking has always been the mission of our founder Saiphin, who first brought the soulful, spice-led food from her childhood in northern Thailand to Rosa’s caff in Spitalfields (with the help of friends and family) in 2008.
We’ve come a long way since then, but our name and ethos remain the same. You’ll find us in unfussy cafes at the heart of neighbourhoods, delivering fresh
dishes from our kitchens to the nation’s doors, and mixing the perfect
ingredients for people to cook up Thai specials in their own homes.
