Capital Investments Fund is established with the purpose to deliver growth capital to promising Bulgarian SMEs and contribute to the development of the private equity ecosystem in Bulgaria through establishing partnerships and involving in co-investments with other private equity funds. Our diverse team consists of well-versed financial and legal professionals and experienced industry experts. Businesses in which we invest can fully rely on our management expertise and market knowledge, as well as on synergies in the use of various financial products and services within the Bulgarian Development Bank Group. We seek established Bulgarian SMEs with potential for growth, consolidation and regional expansion. We are sector agnostic with equity investments of up to 34% of the target firm’s equity or 10% of the fund’s capital.
