Home in Place Co Ltd. is a not for profit organisation, established in 1985. Home in Place is primarily about alleviating the hardship of housing stress for low-to moderate-income-earning households by providing secure and affordable housing and delivering housing products. Home in Place also offers Specialist Disability Accommodation for people with SDA in their NDIS plans. Home in Place operates throughout Australia. In addition to 10 branch locations, Home in Place has a specialist Affordable Housing office, several Homelessness projects and Community Hubs, which we facilitate and partner with many organisations and the community to deliver a range of services. Home in Place manages community housing similar to government social housing and is regulated by the performance-based registration system in its operations. Home in Place is registered as a Class 1 provider, meaning that it is a large organisation with the highest standard of performance.
