During each six-month academic semester, students gain knowledge about every aspect of the international hotel/hospitality industry, from an operational perspective right through to senior management level.
In the second six-month semester each year, ICHM students are provided with paid industry placements within Australia or overseas. This experience is invaluable in helping them to not only apply theoretical concepts to a working environment, but also build all-important industry networks.

This postgraduate course is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to develop advanced knowledge, allowing them to better understand and manage international hospitality operations.
