The academy’s Director of Coaching Jose Luis Ramirez creator of BSA Methodology is a Licensed UEFA Pro Coach, certified Technical Director with a degree in Physical Education. He is a Barcelona native with over 30 years of coaching experience that has coached such teams as, Gimnastic de Tarragona a second division Pro Spanish Club, Al Sadd SC, Remo Stars FC and assisted Malta First Division. Along with his extensive background Jose Luis Ramirez Director of BSA Soccer, is registered with the Real Federación Española \ Federació Catalana de Futbol and a Licensed FIFA Players Agent. METHODOLOGY “The European Way” is more than just trying to emulate the skills that the players of the best teams in the Champions League show us. Of course, emphasis is on developing a soccer imaginative, entertaining, and skillful but next to this there is a disciplinary approach to education, the physiological aspects, nutritional, and the psychological of the game. Methodology of our trainings are specially formulated to incorporate the thoughts and ideas that are currently being used in Europe. In all our training sessions we emphasize the pass, movement and speed. This is accompanied by encouraging players to think constantly about the challenges that soccer presents them and how to overcome them effectively.
