At Movemeant Foundation we empower girls by helping them unlock strength, confidence, & potential within their bodies and mindset. We pair physical fitness programs with mental coaching to help girls boost feelings of worthiness and form positive relationships with their own bodies – recognizing it as a source of power instead of shame. These new feelings create a drive to tackle life’s complexities with inner-determination and confidence, equipping girls with the courage and resilience necessary to succeed.
