Placard has been in operation since 1987 and its core business is manufacturing, personalisation and fulfilment of plastic card products within its high security facility located in Bayswater, Victoria which is accredited by Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners Club. Placard manufactures card products such as Financial Cards, Driver Licences, Loyalty Cards, Gift Cards, and Photo I.D products for customers in Australia and New Zealand and around the world.
