Bus Queensland is part of the Pulitano Bus Group which was established in 1972 and today is one of the largest privately owned bus companies in Australia. The organisation also operates two Victorian bus companies; Cranbourne Transit and the Mansfield - Mt Buller Bus Lines. Nationally it has a fleet of 414 vehicles. Lockyer Valley operates school and rail services in Laidley, Rosewood, Gatton and Helidon. Park Ridge operates school and urban services in Park Ridge, Jimboomba, Browns Plains, Garden City and Brisbane City. Toowoomba operates school and urban services in Toowoomba, Middle Ridge, Harlaxton, Wilsonton, Centenary Heights, Highfields and Crows Nest.
