Located in Dallas, N.C. North Gaston High School opened in 1971. The school mascot is the Wildcats. In 2018, North Gaston (also called NOGA) received its Distinction as a Quality School accreditation from AdvancED, an organization that is responsible for reviewing schools in the United States and around the world. North Gaston is a member of Gaston County Schools, the ninth largest school district in North Carolina. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
