Ilves Tampere, founded in 1931, is a multi-sport club having teams in football, ice hockey, futsal, floorball and ringette. In total Ilves has over 5000 members which makes it the biggest sports club in Finland and one of the strongest brands in Finnish sports. Ilves is a 16 time Finnish hockey league champion. Men’s first team and U20 team are operated by Ilves-Hockey Oy which was established in June 2000. Ilves plays home games in multipurpose Nokia Arena which capacity is 12,700.
