Maltbys is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated company, who have been at the forefront of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession since 1929, when Alfred Maltby commenced his quantity surveying business in Auckland. Maltbys is currently run by three shareholder Directors, who together manage a professional staff of over thirty people through offices in Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, Napier and Queenstown.
