FGIS was founded by Louis J. Freeh, former Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and former federal judge for the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. In addition to Judge Freeh, the management team of FGIS includes former senior federal and state prosecutors, law enforcement officials, heads of corporate investigations and compliance, and general counsels.
