Home City Development, Inc. (HCDI) is a non-profit real estate developer, with a special focus on resident-centered mixed-income housing in Western Massachusetts. We tackle a variety of challenging development projects, including multi-family, mixed-use and home ownership housing; rehabilitation and new construction; inner-city and suburban projects. We build stronger neighborhoods with high-quality, safe, affordable homes. To restore or replace substandard housing with a supply of decent, affordable, and well-managed housing for individuals and families.
