Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24-hour emergency and healthcare services to a population of more than five million. We cover almost 6,000 square miles of varied terrain, from isolated moors and dales to urban areas, coastline and inner cities. We employ over 5,700 staff and more than 1,200 volunteers also make a vital contribution to the service. At Yorkshire Ambulance Service we put patients and their needs at the heart of everything we do so that they receive the right response, as quickly as possible, wherever they live.
