Our aim is to support people with Autism to access employment. Through training consultancy and creating opportunities. Research shows as few as 16% of adults with autism find themselves in full time employment, this is something which cannot continue. The Services we offer: Training and Consultancy - Is your business accessible to people with Autism? We provide bespoke training for organisations to allow them to ensure that they are maximising the potential of their employees. We treat every business individually, from a pre-training assessment to look at the training needs of your business, through to on-going mentoring and feedback following our training. Do you have vacant job roles? Let us support you in filling these positions with people who are keen to work, but may just require small adaptations to a job role. Creating Opportunities - we are opening up a Café which will allow people with Autism to gain a range of workplace skills, through working in a real-life business. You can come and see potential employees in action, and see what they have of offer.
