We are always available for our customers. We don’t have our customers go straight to voice mail, or navigate complicated auto-attendants. When you call, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM, our receptionist will answer the call. If you are having technical problems, our Help Desk is there to answer your call, Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM. And most importantly our Network Operations Center proactively monitors your network 24x7x365. If an issue arises that needs to be addressed we guarantee that we will start working on it within the hour.
