Our journey exploring for natural food and inspiring healthy eating. In the 80’ies Salvatore Gallo and Mirvana decided to refuse mass-market food and began searching for natural, healthy options. Initially inspired by german philosophers and willing to find and offer new options for their family and friends, it soon became a real passion for plant-based food, unusual ingredients and products. We have always had one purpose: deliver good health, thru good food. All the efforts throughout the years allowed the growth of a family lab into a small business, able to create technologies in processing food and develop new products, with the finest quality and extremely carefully selected ingredients. After acting as a trailblazer in the plant based food category, now the whole family has reunited to cater to national and international partners with exceptional quality products and the outmost professional services.
