A smart person once told us: "Marketing isn't Advertising and Promotion, but Advertising and Promotion is indeed Marketing". We've spent the last 25 years unpacking what he meant and to be honest, it was probably the single most important thing that was said to me early in my marketing career. Along the way I learnt that Marketing is actually almost everything that you do as an organisation, and as a person within that organisation. Sounds complex but it's not too crazy once you get into it. We're really proud of what BrandHotel is today. In a way it's a recipe of all the ingredients we've learnt throughout our careers, but it's also really proud to be able to start every new client relationship with fresh eyes. No two businesses are ever the same, but we're energetic and caring enough to ensure we service each business with the same level of attention and care, as though every business is our own, putting the food on our tables.
