SEAD Consulting is a public health management consultancy that specializes in three areas: Health Strategy; Health Development Programs; and M&E. #:The Health Strategy Division of SEAD specializes in advising companies, governments, NGO’s, research organizations, etc, on strategy and improved performance, quality, alignment and sustainability. #: The Health Programs Division of SEAD runs three PEPFAR-funded health programs in 22 districts of SA, in collaboration with Aurum, IYDSA, AHP and others. #: The M&E Division at SEAD runs M&E for the above health programs, as well as offering a training and service platform for other external entities wanting specialist M&E leadership.
