Mission - Our mission is to reduce the incidence of sedentary lifestyle diseases and enhance mental health and emotional wellbeing in children. We will achieve this by developing programs and collaborations that positively impact the health of Australian children across the following four pillars: Healthy eating; Physical activity; Mental health and emotional wellbeing; and Sleep health.
