This enables us to make investments through a variety of customized structures in lower middle market companies looking for a long-term equity partner. We are seeking investment with: • Companies with $2-10M EBITDA • Seller or management team wanting to maintain an equity interest • Companies headquartered in the U.S. • Companies with strong financial and competitive position • Industries of interest: consumer products, business services, FoodBev, manufacturing, and distributors.
