Endicott was founded with the quest to create truly astonishing espresso. The espresso available was not authentic, and many tasted burnt (and still do to this day).
While the large roasters used drum roasting, we found air roasting to be far superior in retaining the flavors and allowing us to control the temperature accurately.
After much experimentation, we found the recipes that produced what we felt was truly astonishing espresso. Local coffee shops and espresso stands began using our coffee, and word spread.
Today Endicott is a proven alternative to the large corporate roasters, with many of our customers staying with us for 15 years! They appreciate how we slow roast our coffee in small batches, ensuring batches taste the same each time.
Endicott has grown a following both in Washington state, other states, and even other countries. Now we're building on our heritage, and would like everyone to experience a truly astonishing espresso! See less
