Jamie’s Heart Foundation was created in 2007 in honor of Jamie Noel Hannah, who passed away from a heart defect at the young age of 2. Founders Tim Hannah and Corina Cross knew there was a way to continue honoring the legacy of Jamie by turning an unimaginable situation into a vision that could help other families for years to come. Jamie's Heart Foundation strives to provide the best financial and emotional support to families who are battling childhood heart disease. We provide personalized support on a case-by-case basis because we know every family has a different story and different needs. Since 2007, we have served the Pacific Northwest community. Now, we look to expand outside the region with the vision to reach more families and offer more assistance. Jamie's impact has no boundaries. We continue to honor Jamie every day.
