Here at Lawson’s Dry Hills, we honour tradition, but we do things our way and have done for over 30 years. We’re a relaxed bunch who do jeans not suits, mates not colleagues and morning tea over meetings, but we take making wine seriously. So much so that we do the lot, from growing grapes to making and bottling our 100% certified sustainable wine. And that’s just how we like it.
