Restorers and Conservers of Fine art - Painting, watercolours, prints and their frames.
Tim Everett has been a figure in the west country’s art world for over thirty years and his father before for a further 25 years. He has an unerring eye when analysing paintings.
Tim began working in the picture department of Sothebys and Bearnes in Torquay, followed by an apprenticeship specialising in the conservation of paintings. Over the last 20 years Tim has devoted much of his time in building upon his conservation knowledge and expanding the business to encompass expertise with frame and paper restoration.
Everett FIne Art have specialised in the restoration of oil paintings for over fifty years and undertaken an extraordinary variety and complexity of work including:-
relining (conserving damaged and old canvases)
cleaning
retouching
panel transfers
over-sized canvases
collection hanging
This has enabled us to establish a team of highly skilled and accomplished restorers and conservators who work both at the new purpose built Studio and on site.
We work for large institutions and small family collections and will give our firm undertaking that for any painting we restore we will use the sympathy and attention for which we have established our reputation.
You are welcome to visit our Studio and we are delighted to visit you in your home without commitment.
