NSWC Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA) is headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia—the world’s largest Navy fleet concentration area. NSWCDD DNA’s Readiness and Training Systems Department performs cutting-edge research and development, and warfare systems design and integration to ensure warfighter superiority. The Readiness and Training Systems Department is one of seven technical departments within NSWCDD, charged with developing innovative, affordable and effective integrated training systems, cyber warfare, fleet readiness and sustainment solutions for the Naval Warfighter.
NSWCDD DNA accomplishes this mission across three portfolios:
Intelligence & Cyber Technology - focused on research, development and fielding of technologically advanced solutions in support of national warfighter missions using signals intelligence, cyber and prototyping technologies.
Integrated Training Systems - focused on designing, developing, and sustaining training systems for the Naval, Joint, and Coalition warfighter.
Combat Systems Readiness - focused on providing computer program installations, integrated logistics and product support, life cycle sustainment, and fleet readiness solutions for surface naval combat systems and associated land-based test sites.
NSWCDD DNA’s dedicated workforce is comprised of more than 500 employees supporting the warfighter in fleet concentration areas nationwide.
