The Council on Black Health (CBH) is a premier research organization that distributes information and develops solutions to improve the health profiles of Black Americans. The Council on Black Health (the Council), formerly known as the African American Collaborative Obesity Research Network (AACORN) from 2002 through 2018. AACORN focused on AACORN), focused on health and health equity issues related to food, physical activity, obesity, and weight-related health problems. The Council on Black Health is committed to improving the health of Black Americans and their communities.
