Competella is a complete Cloudbased contact center platform created to enhance the offerings of Microsoft Teams. The Competella Communication Suite is Certified for Teams and includes solutions for contact centers and attendants and is fully integrated with Microsoft Teams. Our aim is to improve and optimize the communication between businesses (our clients) and their customers by developing a modular multi-media channeling solution – the Competella CS (Communication Suite). With our Communications Suite we help customers migrate from their legacy PBX in their own pace to Microsoft Teams and the Competella CS.
