The P2G Group was created to make a positive impact in the Chicagoland area. Overseeing P2G Fitness and P2G Hockey. P2G Fitness: P2G Fitness was created to provide the best coaching possible to athletes and people of all levels. We want to provide a unique atmosphere to create a positive impact as it relates to performance levels in their crafts. The P2G way is to make sure everyone feels satisfied with their training. We want our athletes to feel confident that they worked hard with us. Confidence is contagious. Confidence will lead to the individuals sporting events. What We Work On: We work on form first. It is vital to make each of our clients feel comfortable with the different techniques we use. These techniques and exercises make each individual's body more durable in their sports or feel good in day-to-day life. We specialize in cardio, endurance strength, physical strength, flexibility, and range of motion. We have a wide range of drills and exercises specific to our fitness pillars P2G Hockey: Established in 2019, P2G Hockey felt there was a dire need to create a hockey program where players of all abilities could excel their game to the next level. We believe in the player-first mentality, making sure the players are getting the proper attention and help when needed. Creating good habits and boosting confidence on the ice are part of our main goals, resulting in the skills learned in practice to transfer to the game with ease. At P2G Hockey, there is nothing more satisfying for our coaches than seeing a player make that team they have been trying out for, succeeding at a skill they have been practicing, or dominating their level of play.
