Western Tidewater Free Clinic is a free clinic providing comprehensive, coordinated, and compassionate healthcare in a health home model of care to uninsured, underinsured, and underserved adults, age 18 and older, who are residents of Suffolk, Franklin, or the counties of Isle of Wight, Southampton, Surry or Sussex and live at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
