TLP was established in the mid 1980’s as the internal resourcing function for contract and permanent IT resource, to its then parent, a FTSE Top 100 company. The sourcing of high calibre contract and permanent staff across the IT and Automotive sectors has been our core activity ever since. To-day as an independent company our experience ranges from acting in the capacity of Managing Agent, acting as a preferred supplier working with a number of MSP's in different sectors, through to acting as a more conventional supplier of requirements to a broad range of clients’ in the UK and Europe. Every client, candidate and role is unique. This is why we invest time, effort and significant resource into matching our candidate requirements, not only to the skills match for the role, but also to the culture of the company. Discreetly reaching out to the market place, where we know our clients have a reputation built on trust and loyalty, we are often aware of future requirements before they are advertised.
