YouTurn Futures is a criminal justice charity which delivers a number of programmes to reduce reoffending. We lead on the integration and engagement in society of marginalised groups and the coordination of delivery plans by police and partners to reduce all forms of exploitation in Bedfordshire.
Our programmes include:
Co-ordination of Integrated Offender Management - a cross-agency response to crime and reoffending threats faced by local communities. The aim is for the most prolific and problematic offenders to be prioritised and jointly managed by police, probation and other partner agencies.
Direction For Bedfordshire - A dedicated, confidential free advisory service for the vulnerable, the marginalised, their families and the professionals working with them. We are a resource for those wanting to move away from crime, and a preventative tool for those whose socio-economic situation may lead to criminality. https://directionforbedfordshire.co.uk/
Conditional Cautioning For Bedfordshire Police - Providing rehabilitative opportunities to offenders to turn their life around at the earliest opportunity and before they find themselves in the criminal justice system and court process.
Supported Pathway - This service is designed to support young people (18-25 years) move away from serious violence, knife crime, gangs, organised criminality and also support those at risk of being exploited through these activities. (Luton and Central Beds).
Exploitation - YouTurn Futures leads on the co-ordination of delivery plans by police and partners to reduce all forms of exploitation in Bedfordshire.
