Through Forward Movement Coaching, I am dedicated to helping women who have a loved one with mental illness, and who feel they have lost control of their lives, regain control, establish a new vision for their life, and live with greater peace and fulfillment. As a Certified Professional Coach and NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)-certified Family Education Trainer, I offer a variety of one-on-one programs, workshops, and teleclasses designed to help my clients discover the life beyond mental illness. In addition to professional accreditation, I have the lived experience as the mother of son with bipolar disorder.
