Founding Principals Rodolfo Machado and Jorge Silvetti began working together in 1974, before founding Machado and Silvetti Associates in 1985. Jeffry Burchard, AIA and Stephanie Randazzo Dwyer, AIA were named Principals in 2015. The firm’s commitment to excellence is reflected in its organization and structure. Most recently, Jorge Silvetti was the individual recipient of the 2018 AIA/ACSA Topaz Medallion for Architectural Education and Jeffry Burchard was a recipient of the 2020 AIA Young Architects Award.
