WhatsInIt.Tech aims to build the next generation of AI-based Predictive Maintenance solution for manufacturers. It is proven from scientific research that moving from ‘Reactive’ to ‘AI based Predictive Maintenance’ reduces maintenance costs by 30%, breakdowns by 75%, and downtime by 45%. With our deep expertise with AI, Machine Learning, IoT combined with business acumen and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing and factories, we aim to mainstream Predictive Maintenance by providing a more portable, plug-n-play, affordable and integrated solution. Our initial focus is on the UK SME manufacturing arena, with ample routes for expansion. In the longer term we aim to have a fully holistic approach towards the next generation manufacturing plants to include Digital Twins and tackle issues such as Health and Safety.
