Nai Subah Foundation is an organization founded by Tarini Malhotra, student of The Shri Ram School, Moulsari, guided by a seasoned and experienced Advisory Board and led by likeminded, sensitive young people who hope to change lives, banish the darkness and usher in a new morning - a 'nai subah'.
Through our various initiatives, we foster diversity and inclusion, create income generation opportunities, showcase talent and creativity and extend financial assistance to those who need our support, by means of networking, advocacy and fundraising.
We have tasted success with our ongoing initiatives - Project Nishant and Packaging Panthers.
Project Nishant (http://projectnishant.in) creates mainstream employment opportunities for neurodiverse people by connecting candidates identified with the help of social sector organizations to our corporate partners and facilitating their employment. Several people have been employed by our corporate partners and many more recruitments are in progress. We have also been featured in the news for our work by NDTV, Economic Times, Outlook Magazine, NewsX etc.
Packaging Panthers is a unique partnership model wherein our partner company, Anandkand Paramount Products is outsourcing production work to Shaurya Foundation Trust to provide meaningful life skills and employment opportunities to neurodiverse people associated with SFT at its Palwal site. Currently, 12 people are employed through this initiative.
Our community is growing - more partners are joining us to be a part of the transformation we seek to create. Every day, new interesting ideas are coming up that we hope can cause a cascading 'butterfly effect' and ultimately create a sustainable change in society.
