Vispak LLC was founded on 7th of April 1972 in Visoko as an integral part of Velepromet, one of the largest trading chains in former Yugoslavia. The same year, the production of "Zlatna dzezva", the most famous Vispak brand, started. Two years later came the manufacturing of Vispak's Espresso coffee followed by the packaging of tea using the most advanced IMA machines of that time. With a move to a new building in 1980, two additional plants for packing of coffee, snack, powder products, spices and food additives were added. This lead to the establishment of brands such as Stampi, Choco milk and Chocho club. An important thing to note at this time is the fact that these events laid down the foundations of the development of "Bosanska kuhnja" (Bosnian kitchen) brand with "Begova čorba", "Tarhana" and "Sarajevska čorba" products.
Vispak today employs 180 workers out of which 40 are highly qualified. Vispak today exports products to 17 countries worldwide on 4 different continents. Vispak owns 4 certificates for food safety and quality control: ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, HALAL as well as an organic food manufacturing certificate for KRAV products. Additionally, Vispak also owns a Guiness World Record for the serving of coffee in a largest "džezva" (coffee pot) in the world in the city of Mostar. This certificate was issued in 2005.
In december of 2010, Vispak became a part of AS GROUP from Tešanj. In its production portfolio, Vispak has over 200 products and some of its brands are the most popular in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Confirmation of Vispak's competence for authentic bosnian coffee and bosnian kitchen are brands such as Zlatna džezva, Bosnia kafa, Espresso, Begova čorba, Sarajevska čorbam tarhana, Tajna, a tu su i Stampi, Espresso, Tiru – Liru, etc.
