Through conferences, mentoring, and networking, we encourage and support diverse candidates
on their journey to acquiring a PhD. We are a critical bridge between businesses and our alumni
PhDs and their students, providing connections to high-potential recruits. With demonstrated success in creating more diverse business faculty, we are doing more than transforming the face of business education.
