Enactus SGTB Khalsa helps students demonstrate that business has the power to inspire hope and create opportunities where little exists. With the aim to help others develop stronger business and leadership skills, Enactus Khalsa was established in the year 2016. Together we wish to create a better and more sustainable world by infusing a sense of service and responsibility to the community and world around them. Through our three running projects, we aim to preserve the ideals of Enactus. Project Aagaaz introduces a group of Afghani women who have transformed their creative effort into creating beautifully crafted products. We, as Enactus S.G.T.B. Khalsa, spun their skills into threads of hope and today with a wide variety of crochet products to offer and present. Through this project, we aim to provide these women economic sustenance by blending their unmatched articulacy with the harmonized efforts of a dedicated team. Project Hifazat aims to serve Jheemarpura, a village community located on the outskirts of Delhi. Caught in a waste management and disposal crisis, the community has long been compelled to live in filthy and disease-ridden surroundings. Hifazat is helping them solve this problem by segregating their waste and turning the wet waste into organic manure, which is being sold in the market. Project Ehtiyaat is a collaborative initiative by Enactus S.G.T.B. Khalsa and Enactus CVS with an aim to promote and instill the practice of hygiene to ensure safety. We provide protective equipment kits consisting of all the essentials adhering to the guidelines of W.H.O. at affordable prices to contain the proliferation of COVID 19. Through our project, we aim to make a significant contribution towards mitigating the risk of coronavirus.
