Lashes of Change began as an idea in 2015 that took almost 4 years of research, prototyping, testing, and fine-tuning to re-engineer the humble mascara and take it from a single use, planet destroying consumable; to turn it into the customisable, sustainable and eco-friendly design that is unique to Lashes of Change. With customer satisfaction front of mind rather than profits and mass manufacturing, we have created a luxurious mascara that can now be designed by our customers, to specifically tailor to their lash length and eye shape and personal preferences. Our award winning redesign means that over 90% of the mascara packaging can be reused with the order of just a refill cartridge. Lashes of Change uses the highest quality vegan ingredients in our formulas that are clean and cruelty free. No compromises have been made to bring consumers a beautiful product that is better for the customer and the planet. This redesign allows the use of better materials in manufacturing. The outer casing is made from polished aluminum, which can be recycled at the end of it's long life. Aluminum is durable, robust and provides our customers with a luxe look and feel to their mascara, making it a special purchase. In a nod to the glamour era of the 50's and 60's, the outer casing is designed to last for many years. Our design uses <60% less plastic than the average mascara design, and our plastics are made from 50% PCR recycled plastics. About Founder & CEO Tania Jolley Tania's the CEO and creator of Lashes of Change. She's an experienced entrepreneur in commercialising new products onto the market and a woman on a mission. Solving problems and incorporating social change is her motivation to strive for success. Tania saw this as the perfect opportunity to start Lashes of Love foundation which is channeling 25% of profits into breast cancer research with the Centre for Cancer Biology in Adelaide SA being the recipient of these much needed funds.
