PPEP INC is a non-profit organization that is multi-faceted and diverse, with a mission is to "improve the quality of rural life". PPEP’s services include human services programs for emergency assistance, economic development, microbusiness loans and business development, education services, charter schools, Behavioral Health Counseling, housing development, employment and job training assistance, Youth development, after school and summer programs, humanitarian services, and services to the developmentally disabled.
