Legal Aid of WV is a nonprofit law firm with 12 offices in West Virginia, serving all 55 counties. We provide free legal and advocacy services to eligible low-income individuals, including domestic violence resources, housing, divorce, custody, and benefits. We also have advocacy programs for West Virginia's adults and children with behavioral and mental health disorders.
