Out for Change was established after A group of Ex-Ultra-Orthodox Jews identified that the state and the large philanthropic bodies are helping ultra-Orthodox adults towards integrating into Israeli society through, education, employment and in their army service. but this support was open only to those who still seem to present themselves as Haredi and those who choose to leave and change their way of life, estimated at 1000 - 1500 a year, get no help even though sometimes they need the help even more than those who stay Haredi.
